Business delegates to London’s Lancaster Hotel were in an enviable position on 14 and 15 November: the plush building has served as the headquarters for this year’s Thinkers50 Summit, bringing together high-profile thought leaders from the world of management.

The world-class, annual event – which celebrates the achievements of the brightest and best business brains – is this year entitled A Decade of Ideas, A Future of Opportunity, highlighting the forward-looking stance of the speakers.

One set-piece debate on the future of management that has sparked interest was held between Tuck Business School professor Vijay Govindarajan; INSEAD professor Herminia Ibarra; Columbia Business School’s Rita McGrath and Being the Boss author Linda Hill.
